We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will travel to various construction sites to assess progress and capture high-quality photographs that document the ongoing work. You will analzye the site for any concerns or possible delays and report on your findings which will help our clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Travel to assigned construction sites to conduct inspections.
- Take detailed and clear photographs of construction progress, ensuring all critical aspects are documented.
- Communicate effectively with construction teams on-site to gather information regarding timelines and project status.
- Submit photographs and any relevant notes to the analyst team promptly.
- Collaborate with the analyst team to address any discrepancies or concerns identified during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and site visits.
- Adhere to company standards and protocols for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or related fields such as general contracting, home inspection, construction management, civil engineering, land surveying, or architecture.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess construction quality and progress accurately.
- Proficient in photography, with the ability to capture clear and detailed images.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling to multiple sites.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Master Inspector or similar credentials.
- Experience with construction estimation or project management.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.

In this role, you will create comprehensive, easy-to-read reports that include photographs and data spreadsheets from construction site inspections. Your analytical skills and eye for design will help us deliver high-quality documentation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze inspection data and photographs provided by construction inspectors.
- Create detailed, visually appealing reports that summarize findings and highlight key project information.
- Organize data into clear and concise spreadsheets for client review.
- Ensure all reports are thoroughly proofread and free of errors, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with construction inspectors and other team members to clarify findings and gather additional information as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology to enhance report presentation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting software.
